1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Catalogue, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Business listings
Business owners who create or claim a listing are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide, including contact details, hours, descriptions, jobs, and events. Listings must represent a genuine business and may not be used to mislead the community. We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any listing that violates these terms.
4. Reviews and user content
Reviews and other content you submit must be honest, based on genuine experience, and free of unlawful, abusive, or misleading material. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform. We may moderate, reject, or remove content that violates these terms or our community standards.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, scraping data without permission, posting spam, impersonating others, or interfering with the normal operation of the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that engage in such activity.
6. Limitation of liability
Catalogue is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that listings, reviews, or other content are complete, current, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Calbayog Journal is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the platform.
7. Changes and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time. We may also update these terms as the service evolves. Significant changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
